Gerard Nealon

  • Prior to Solve Advisors, a Vice President and co-Head of Analytics at Houlihan Lokey (Red Pine Advisors) where he built analytical tools in order to price complex and illiquid securities and designed a fully distributed computation grid
  • Before Houlihan Lokey, he was a Project Manager at Sandell Asset Management where he implemented real-time P&L applications, designed complex genetic algorithms and developed a fully distributed web crawler
  • Prior to Sandell, a Lead Software Architect at ACA Capital where he built the architecture of a firm-wide platform that helped manage over $90bn in risk positions

Michael Pascuma

  • Prior to Solve, Michael was the Head of Index Trading of the Americas at Nomura Securities trading both the High Yield and Investment Grade Credit Derivative Indices
  • In addition to Index Market Making, Michael took a lead role in helping build Nomura‚Äôs Credit Franchise from the ground up from Back Office to Front Office, helping design infrastructure, processes, and workflow
  • Prior to Nomura, he was a VP at Lehman Bros. and Barclay's working both in high level operational and front office roles specializing in the Credit Markets
